Eligibility
University Care Advantage
University Care Advantage is a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan that is available to individuals
that qualify with No Monthly Premium. You may be eligible if
you are:
- * Enrolled in Medicare Part A
- * Enrolled in Medicare Part B
- * Enrolled in AHCCCS (Arizona's Medicaid Program)
- * Living in Pima, Cochise, Pinal, or Santa Cruz County (Plan Service Area)
