University Physicians Care Advantage
University Physicians
Care Advantage is a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan that is available to individuals
that qualify with No Monthly Premium. You may be eligible if
you are:
- * Enrolled in Medicare Part A
- * Enrolled in Medicare Part B
- * Enrolled in AHCCCS (Arizona's Medicaid Program)
- * Living in Pima County (Plan Service Area)

We are here to help you from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm / 7 days a week from November 15 through
March 1 and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (except holidays) outside of
November 15 through March 1.
